At Awzan and its sister company, Al Kaheila, we are committed to providing you with exceptional, custom-made abayas. Please carefully review our refund and exchange policy outlined below:

Order Confirmation:

All abayas at Awzan and Al Kaheila are made-to-order, tailored to your specific requirements unless you purchase from the “Ready Made” secion.
Once an order is confirmed, it enters our production process, and changes cannot be made after the order has been confirmed.

Quality Assurance:

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our custom-made abayas and conduct rigorous quality checks before shipping.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within a maximum of four days from receiving your order.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be considered only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Please contact our teams at with a detailed description and photographs of the defect.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges will be facilitated for abayas with confirmed manufacturing defects or quality issues.

Custom-made abayas cannot be exchanged for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may not be accommodated.

Return Process:
To initiate a refund or exchange, contact our teams at within the specified timeframe.
Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and attach relevant photographs.
Our teams will guide you through the return process, including any necessary shipping instructions.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as having a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Additional Notes:
Awzan and Al Kaheila reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the issue is not a result of a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
Refunds or exchanges requested outside the stipulated timeframe may not be processed.
